Huddersfield Crematorium

Huddersfield Crematorium is owned and operated by Kirklees Council.

The staff are there to support you and assist with any queries during this special and often stressful time.

The services of cremation are tailored to the likes and interests of the deceased and their family and can include music, readings and more, reflecting your requirements and offering a little comfort at what is often such a difficult and emotional period.

Gardens of Remembrance can be found on-site and there are a range of memorial options that you can choose following the cremation service.

Booking times range between 30 and 45 minutes which includes the time taken to enter and exit the chapel.

The chapel currently has seating room for 75 people with extra standing room available.
