The Ordering Process

Once you have placed your order, we will send you email containing a unique code to show you have paid which will allow you to create your book.

Our online editor is very easy to use with many helpful hints and tips to help you create a beautiful book.

If you need help at any point our customer service team will answer any questions.

Once your book is completed you pass through the checkout process. Add the code you received when you made your purchase and your order will be processed without incurring an additional fee.

Should you wish, you will be able to order further copies of your Memory Book at additional cost before completing your order.

Once the order has been placed we aim to process and dispatch your order within 7 working days.

Your book will be delivered directly to you via tracked and secure UK mail.
