Ashes Register’s affiliate programme enables our sector partners to work with us and track results. Our service is provided online through our Affiliate Gateway. If you have progressed this far you are probably already signed up. If you are not signed up you need to Register as an Affiliate. Once you are registered we will send you a link by email which will bring you back.

As an affiliate the following information helps us set up and customise your affiliate area, add pins for your customers, build landing pages and then to import your old data and create new ashes listings.

Historic Data

This is typically old customer data rather than data you are currently processing. Typically files should be in CSV, XLS, XML but we accept many formats. You can upload multiple files (eg one file for ashes cupboard contents, another for ashes that have gone out to the customer, another for ashes that have already been scattered). Please label them accordingly. Please send us the full file as you have it. We accept most data file types.

Current Data

To process current data we have created an API which allows your system to automatically generate new listings in the Ashes Register. We have integrations already in place for most Funeral Director, Crematorium and Cemetery Management software packages and also for most CRMs. If we do not have one we will build one.
